Feature Request: Don't loose initial comments

If using .po files that have a initial comment section (at the beginning of the file, above the header section), as most of them do for the purpose of copyright notices, it will be lost after saving.

Same holds true for starting new translations; gettext msginit would port the initial comments from the .pot to the .po. (I undestand that might be a bit more involved.)
