Feature request: Auto-block more than "admin"

iThemes Security has recently added a *brilliant* new feature: auto-block all with the user name “admin.” So simple, so obvious, so well considered. As I look though my (very well conceived) logs, I notice reoccurring patterns of user names that are obvious repetitive hack attempts: admin, Administrator, root, test.

It would be nice if the site admin could also add a list of other (case insensitive) user names to block, such as those previously mentioned.

Thanks again for your excellent plugin, it makes my life much easier.
