Feature Request: Alternate Date Parsing

I am also getting the issue where posts will come down dated January 1, 1970. I know exactly why it is, I’m importing feeds with Kimono that don’t include the <pubDate> tag, but I can see two possible solutions.

1. Allow for specifying that the date will be in the link to the content, e.g., http://blog.com/2016/01/06/article could be stylized as http://blog.com/{YYYY}/{MM}/{DD}/{title} in a text field somewhere.

2. Simple yes/no option to set the post date to the current timestamp if no valid date is found.
