Feature request: Add comment to redirect rule

I would like to add a comment to my redirect rules. I use them for social media and create a tiny-url for each redirect. This tiny-url is what I would like to put in the comment-field.

I would use this mechanism of tiny-url and redirect to measure how many people clicked on my links I posted on social media.

It would be a great help to have the possibility to add a comment
