Feature request

Hey guys and thanks for a great plugin!

It would be awesome if you code code a feature so that when a new add is submitted and “require approval of new ad” is active an activation link is also created and added to the e-mail going to the admin.

This would make an admin being able to approve an ad without the need of login on to the site only by clicking the link in the e-mail. This would come in handy when you’re not in front of you home/work computer and only have your phone near hand.
