Feature Request
-
Couple more thoughts. It seems a wee bit odd that the newest comments are at the bottom of the page (if you use pagination). Shouldn’t they be at the top of the page and the older comments at the bottom? Isn’t that the out-of-the-box WordPress way? I’m pretty much a newbie so I could be wrong about that.
Also, it would be great if it would show the date the comment was posted… or at least have that option. That way people could tell at a glance what comments are new from the last time they glanced at the page.
Thanks for listening, and thanks for making the plugin! 🙂
Hello femur,
Child comments are already implemented in current version. But it shows in a general way, means properly highlighted is not done.we will integrate this in next version. Thanks for pointing this issue.
We have followed basic wp way of comments onto any page.it will shows latest comment last.We will also include date option in backend if user wants to show or not in a next release.
Thank you,
Biztech consultancy. Thanks for your response. I’m excited that you are implementing a date and child comments soon.
In terms of order, it would be FANTASTIC if in a future version you could give us the option to choose the comment order – as in the general WordPress settings, where there’s the option in discussion settings to choose whether:
Comments should be displayed with the newer/older comments at the top of each page.
I have chosen “newer” on my site, so it would be great to have this plugin match the rest of the site.
Thanks for listening! 🙂
Hey femur,
We have updated new version and it provides option to admin to choose order for comments.Give it a try.
Thanks 🙂

This looks like a nifty little plugin. Would there be any way in a future release to show nested/threaded comments (as in, show a reply to a comment nested inside that comment), the same way they appear on the original page or post?
Thanks so much!
