Feature or Bug?

First of all, thanks for this very helpful plugin.

I have many users with multiple roles. For example subscriber and onlinecourse role.

Yesterday I used your plugin to remove the scubscriber role from that user and suddenly all the custom caps that were associated with the onlinecourse role were also gone.

IMHO it should not have removed the caps for the onlinecourse role.

Also I noticed, the same happens, when I add an additional user role.

When I add the role Platinum to a user that already has another role, the capabilities of the already existing role are removed.

Is that intended behaviour or something to consider?
