There are a few things you can try to ensure your featured image appears on your posts.
- I’m seeing the featured image for the post in the archive so it must be set but you may want to try selecting a different image or removing it, saving the post, and then re-selecting the image and saving the post.
- Check your Post Settings. Click the Post Settings icon in the top-right of your screen and make sure the the Show Featured Image and Featured Image Position are set to Default. See this screen grab: https://share.zight.com/YEuEddN4
- Make sure you don’t have any plugins, functions or code snippets that might be interfering with feature images.
If you have any caching enabled (either plugins or control panel), be sure to clear all caches after any changes.

Still not fixed while tried all your mentioned step.
It looks like the Featured Image Position for that post may be stuck on Hidden even though it may indicate Default. Try going into the Post Settings and changing it to Enabled and save the post.
