Favorite counter link redirect

Hi!

First of all, thanks for this awesome plugin! Works really well.

I’m using your shortcode [ccc_my_favorite_list_menu] on my navigation bar to keep score of how many favorites have been added. When you click on the icon it directs you to “/favorites/”. Is there a possibility to change the link address easily? I would prefer to have the favorites page in another language.
