Hello, we have a problem with our favicon. Our favicon is inserted as normal via the “Customizer”. When logged in, the favicon is also displayed for me as admin, but it is not displayed in the frontend (view for users), instead you see an icon of a sheet of paper. What could be the reason for this?

Hi @miller2023,

I checked your site and the favicon is showing fine. Perhaps your caching system may need to be flushed. Otherwise your web browser would still load the cached version of your pages where the icon had not been added yet.

How do I proceed to flood the caching?

Hi @kharisblank

Our problem is that the favicon is displayed correctly in Mozilla Firefox. Unfortunately, the favicon is not displayed in other browsers (e.g. Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome). Is this a cache problem?

Hi @miller2023,

Thanks for getting back! I visited your site with my Chrome browser, I could see that your site’s icon didn’t load well.

However, I made a test with my test site by uploading your image from this source. It showed properly: https://snipboard.io/FwbKEu.jpg

That being said, I’d recommend try re-uploading your icon image.

thank you. Unfortunately, uploading the favicon again did not ensure that it is now displayed.

Are there any other possible solutions?
