    Hi,

Just purchased enterprise version – and we are getting following error when trying to activate the plugin: (WP 4.2.2)

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/www/site/wp-content/plugins/wp-business-intelligence/classes/backend/query.php on line 135

Can you please help to resolve this? Thanks

  • Hi,
this is due to the presence of PHP 5.3 on the web server, we just sent you the patched file via e-mail.
    kind regards,

    Hi, thank you for response.

As advised, I have switched over to PHP Version 5.4.39,

Unfortunately I was still getting the same fatal error message.

Changing the query.php file did the trick – the plugin activated.

However, we are unable now to register the plugin – it does not seem to accept the key – I am not sure if this is related to changing the query.php file.

    Can you please advise?

Copying the key and clicking on activate -> save changes should work normally.
Any chance we can have a look at the dashboard?

    Hi,

Nothing seems to happen when I click Activate. Tried disabling and re-enabling the plugin, added the web address under my account on WPBI, still no luck.
