Fatal error with WC 4.0.1

Hi,
I update my site to WooCommerce 4.0.1 and receive a fatal error since.

“Scheduled Action” constantly shows notification “Action Scheduler migration in progress. The list of scheduled actions may be incomplete.”, Scheduled action list does not show any item (No items found.) but filter shows pending items (129).

In addition, receive following error message by email:

Tried manual uninstall/reinstall, re-update WooCommerce DB and installed Action Scheduler plugin without success.

Any recommendation would be appreciated.
