Fatal error while installing

Hi,
I’ve just downloaded the wordpress. Succesfully made all the steps to install the wordpress. I enter http://meblex-juskowiak.com/wp-admin/install.php and appears:
Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Styles’ not found in /home/users/meblex/public_html/wp-includes/general-template.php on line 2089
I have no idea what’s wrong.
