In Blog-Designer plugin, we have not used function get_page_permastruct().
So may be this error is generated from your theme or other plugin. Also let us know what you have done to change content color. Have you just made change in css?

I haven’t made any changes, other than trying to change the colour from within the plugin where it says “content colour”.
We are not getting this issue. Can you please give us your site access? so we can check what exactly causes issue.

I have the same issue. My theme is Customizr Child and when I try to save changes I get this message:
