• I have 3 sites, each with BackUpWordPress. When I got the message that there was an update, I installed it on all 3. No problems with the first 2, but the 3rd fails when I activate it. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, still get the same error message:

    mydomain/wp-admin/plugins.php?error=true&plugin=backupwordpress%2Fbackupwordpress.php&_error_nonce=d6f320bffe

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
    Server Error

    500 – Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Jlavik,

    Thanks for getting in touch,

We can’t actually see what the fatal error is. If you were to enable WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php and then try activating the plugin, when it fails it should display more information about the fatal error. If you could copy an paste this information to us that would help a great deal.

If you like you can email us directly at support@humanmade.co.uk.

    Cheers!
