Fatal error when activating plugin | WordPress.org

Hi I am trying to install the plugin which works fine but when I go to activate the plugin it says it can not activate the plugin due to a fatal error. Is there anyone that can help please?

Does the error produce any understandable text? What is going wrong for anstance? If not edit wp-config.php, find define('WP_DEBUG', false); and change false into true and try again.
