• I was updating my client’s website (that has not been made live yet) and had to upgrade to WordPress 4.1.1, Virtue 2.4.2, an WooCommerce 2.3.5. Somewhere in that, I have now come across the following fatal error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wc_get_screen_ids() in /home/a3242271/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/class-wc-admin-help.php on line 35

I have tried to uninstall an reinstall the files, and research how to fix that error but I can’t even find any references to function wc_get_screen() so I am drawing blanks here.

The website as published (http://afuturesvision.comyr.com/) is appearing fine, however the fatal error is showing when I try to access /wp-admin/

I need to get this published to their domain ASAP so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Taylor

  • Hi,
I think you’ve got a busted woocommerce install. Try deleting woocommerce, and downloading and installing a fresh version.

    Edit:
Just realized you shouldn’t do a delete/reinstall in wp-admin. Rather, delete the plugin folder in your ftp client and upload a clean, new woocommerce folder via your ftp client.
