the theme you are using is a premimum theme which I can’t help you with. however if you are timig out then you need to ask your host if they will bump up your execution time.
you could also try manually uploading the plugin using FTP, but you might want to report this to the theme author since it is requiring the plugin.
Hey juggledad
Thank you for response,
That mean you can’t help me with this theme but why you can’t,
I’m already using FTP Client FileZila I’m uploading all content to my website through FTP Client even WordPress installed via Filezila i also tried to upload theme via wordpress but maybe my bad it didn’t work so now i always use Filezila.
@nuersone
To elaborate on what @juggledad mentioned. If you are running a premium theme, then that means that unless someone here has that theme, we are extremely limited in the way we can help you. This is because we do not have the theme to test.
Good luck
That mean you can’t help me with this theme but why you can’t,
Your theme is a paid premium theme and we don’t offer support for commercial products.
Are you trying to upload the plugin via FTP and you get that message or does it happen when you activate the theme. You need to be very clear and detailed about what you are doing, step by step, to enable anyone to help.
Hello sir and thank you to get in touch,
If you want to test this theme then i can give it to you for free
This theme has include plugins and other stuff i mean full pack
@nuersone – No I do not want to test the theme and would not take it from you since that would be cheating the theme author out of his revenue.
If you want help, ansewr the questions I ask and do what I say. If you can’t do this, then I suggest you look for paid support/help somewhere like jobs.wordpress.net
Ok sir I’ll tell you every sigle step that i have done,
I’ll do what you will tell me
What i should do now ?
Are you trying to upload the plugin via FTP and you get that message or does it happen when you activate the theme?
With some server configurations you can override the execution time out setting. Try placing this line in wp-config.php:
set_time_limit( 180 );
Place it near the top of the file, after the first comment block and before // ** MySQL settings etc.... When you’ve finished, delete the line or comment it out. Such a long time out could cause problems in normal server operation. For example, if the plugin’s activation script is stuck in an infinite loop, you’ll now have to wait 3 minutes before the error is displayed.
Depending on your server configuration, this may or may not work, but it’s worth a try.
