Fatal error on line 32

Hello,

I am completely new here and was downloading a theme when this all of a sudden appeared:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_theme_support() in /var/www/vhosts/3511.linux6.testsider.dk/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/origin/library/functions/sidebars.php on line 32

Have read some previous toppics regarding this but I can not enter my page and therefore can not deactivate plugins. I have nothing on my page yet, sould i just re-install word press?

Please help.
