    Hello!

I’m getting a fatal error when I install the plugin. Everything appears to install fine at first, but when I click activate, I get the message “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”

The plugin shows up in the plugins list so I can activate it from there, but when I do, the WPL menu item in the sidebar is short a couple items, including the Add Listing and Listing Manager items. If I click on WPL to get to the main WPL page and then click on Add Listing or Listing Manager, I get a blank screen with the message “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

Are there any known conflicts with popular plugins that might be affecting the install?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

It’s strange. We didn’t received such a report before. Try to remove WPL completely and install it again. Also try it on fresh WordPress installation and see the results.

If you couldn’t find cause of issue feel free to open a private ticket here and provide us WordPress admin and FTP access to check your website.

Thanks, I might put a ticket in soon. Wondering if this gives any clues in the meantime though. When I set debug to true, I see a lot of this:

Undefined offset: 0 in /path/to/public_html/wp-content/plugins/real-estate-listing-realtyna-wpl/libraries/users.php on line 330

    Thanks,
    Ryan
