Fatal Error on Activation

    Hi Christiaan

    I installed the plugin ok. But, on activation received the following error:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home5/kumarahu/public_html/hub2/wp-content/plugins/featured-image-caption/featured-image-caption.php on line 47

    I am running on the Divi theme from Elegant Themes

    That likely means the version of PHP you have on your server is too old to work with the plugin. The plugin should have caught this and exited with a warning when you attempted to activate it, but I’m guessing that didn’t work.

    The plugin requires at least PHP 5.3.

    Excellent. Thanks for drawing this to my attention as well, since now I know that I need to improve how the plugin detects incompatible PHP versions.
