Fatal error message on webpage. Can someone help.

    I get this error message now and again. My webpage doesn’t load. After an hour everything loads. Using WordPress 4, my theme is ‘hoteliour’ by Ait-themes.club. My host is Godday. Asked my developer and Godday but no one knows.

    Any advice I would be grateful.

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fourteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Thanks so much Matthew. I deactivated the 2 recent plugins and so far it’s working.
