Fatal Error Message, can't access dashboard

    This is bacically the message I got after trying to install a wordpress custom header plug in. http://www.angelapenton.ca

    Add Custom Header Images requires a page titled The Headers with images and WordPress v3.4 or greater.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function deactivate_plugins() in /home/content/*********/angelap/wp-content/plugins/add-custom-header-images/add-custom-header-images.php on line 61

    My page works fine but I can not access any editing features. I am a beginner. Any ideas? The ‘return to plugins page doesn’t do anything.
