Please I am getting this message every time that I tried to view my website or try to access the dashboard.

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 3932160) (tried to allocate 209283 bytes) in /home/abinform/public_html/africahealthitnews.com/blogs/wp-settings.php on line 190

Please help

Could you post the contents of wp-settings.php

I cannot even access the wp dashboard to see wp settings. Please advise me .Thanks

Have you access to the directory of files, that make up your website?
