@crackingace – Unfortunately intermittent issues can be very hard to sort out … all I can offer at the moment is to have you send us a Bug Report (http://nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can have a closer look under the page at your site.
We will likely need log in (and FTP) credentials for your WordPress installation as well. Please include those with your Bug Report, too.
