I have had the visit of one expert. Problem is not solved. Most probably because he could not access all my website. I have still the “Fatal error: Class ‘RatingWidget’ not found in … /wp-content/plugins/rating-widget/rating-widget.php on line 631” with version 2.4 .
If I force pluging to start I get white screens with no access even to admin parts.
The only way today is to work with previous plugin version 2.3.6.

I have tried version 2.4.1 – 2015-02-10 – Similar result – error is in one other line:
“Fatal error: Class ‘RatingWidget’ not found in /wp-content/plugins/rating-widget/rating-widget.php on line 6527
Impossible to use website (visitor + admin). Plugin must be deleted by ftp.

I don’t know if your problem is the same, but I fixed it on my server. It turned out that RatingWidget needs the CURL PHP extension to be installed. After this it worked perfectly.
I think RatingWidget should check if this extension is installed and display an error if it can’t be found. Assuming it is installed will crash it.
