    Hi Asano,

    It’s likely to be an issue with PHP version or jigoshop plugin version.

    Please make sure that you are running the latest version of jigoshop and php is at least 5.3

    I have use PHP 5.2.17; MySQL 5.0.95 from my hosting
    And download the latest version plugin from wordpress.org, and then from plugin site.

    My be WP Lung: ru_RU?

    Hi Asano,
    As Paul mentioned – it’s the problem with your PHP version, you need to upgrade to 5.3. Please contact your hosting provider and they will be able to upgrade it.
