Fatal error! getHeader();

    Hey, im new to this forums, but i have searched for an nice theme, and i came to this. But when im setting this on my server, it says “Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /home/u139910715/public_html/index.php on line 16” And its not giving an home page! What must i do?
