Class 'WP_Theme' not found..just a question

    Hello
    I deleted my own theme and reuploaded the Twentyeleven and Twentyten themes frome the fresh wordpress 3.4…but nothing..
    Is it possible that the problem come from the database ?

    Please, we need more help
