Fatal error: Class 'WP_Customize_Cropped_Image_Control'

    I installed the Theme Sydney on 4.5.2…I already did that for another website but this time I get the following error message when I go into the design admin section

    Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Customize_Cropped_Image_Control’ not found … wp-includes/customize/class-wp-customize-site-icon-control.php on line 19

    I did no changes in the mentioned php file.
    Can anybody help?
