    It seems like I am going around in circles. I am pretty sure this is what I did the last time I asked for help, however, I received an email from Steven Stern with a link to this very site that I thought I had made the previous request on. Therefore, I followed the link and here I am again asking for help with the Fatal error message: Fatal error: Class ‘kirki’ not found…

    Can someone help?

    did you try to install the kirki plugin? https://wordpress.org/plugins/kirki/
    If one or more files are missing from your theme’s included kirki, then installing as a plugin should fix this.

    I am unable to access my website due to the Fatal error message so I am unable to try to install the kirki plugin.

    @jehoji have you try to access the website through cpanel or FTP and rename the theme folder to enable default WP theme?

    I am unable to access my website through CPanel. I am trying to understand how to access it through FTP so that I can rename the theme folder to enable default WP theme as you suggest. I really don’t know how to do that.

    if you are not sure how to access it, please contact your host provider for the login details
