Fatal error, can't save images

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Video_Thumbnails_Settings::construct_filename() in /home/username/public_html/url/wp-content/plugins/video-thumbnails/video-thumbnails.php on line 323

in debugging it finds the thumbnail however when i test the save option it gives me the above error. im using the current version of WordPress and Video thumbnails. I’ve tried reinstalling video thumbnails and also disabled all other plugins.
