Fatal error: Cannot redeclare stats_activate()
-
I recently tried to update all of the plugins on my wordpress site as it was notifying me that they are out of date. I pressed update all, but as soon I tried to refresh the page, or access any part of the dashboard or the site itself, I get the following error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare stats_activate() (previously declared in /hermes/waloraweb092/b2017/pow.esscoca/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/stats/stats.php:839) in /hermes/waloraweb092/b2017/pow.esscoca/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wp-stats/wp-stats.php on line 905
I have no experience with websites at all really, so I have no idea how to fix this at all. I know it has something to do with renaming the folders using FTP, but I’m not sure how to do that. If someone could please explain, it would be much appreciated.
