    Dear support team,

Today my site installed the latest version of your following plugins:

Essential Widgets from version 3.1 to 3.2,

Essential Content Types from version 2.5 to 2.6.

Now when I try to open the login screen of my site, I get the datal error message “Cannot redeclare get_meta_keys()”.

Can you help me to retrieve the access?

    Thanks,

    Christophe.

  • Dear technical support team,

My admin borad pops up an Error Message: Jetpack can’t communicate with your site due to a critical error on the site. Communicated with WordPress.com tech to ask your help from this.

I have a similar situation about this Essential plugin with my account.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_meta_keys() (previously declared in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/essential-widgets/includes/widgets/class-ew-pages.php:29) in /wordpress/core/7.0/wp-admin/includes/post.php on line 1064

May you take a look to solve it please.

    My website is https://penguinread.com/

    Kind regards

    angel

    Dear support team,

Can we have some update? The admin console is unavaible. We cannot maintain our site. The only solution seems to rename the plugin folder directly from the site. IF this, I will definitely unactivate your plugins.

    Please update the plugin(s).

The full error message is the following:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_meta_keys() (previously declared in /home2/oljr7620/studio-renaissance.fr/wp-content/plugins/essential-widgets/includes/widgets/class-ew-pages.php:29) in /home2/oljr7620/studio-renaissance.fr/wp-admin/includes/post.php on line 1064

    Thanks,

    Christophe.

Sorry for the issue. We have fixed that in version 3.2.1. So, please update the plugin and it should work fine. If you don’t have access to WordPress Dashboard then you can update the plugin using FTP access or ask your website hosting server support to update the plugin.
