    I experience this error after a perfect install regardless of which theme I have instated?

    Help Please.

    It is urgent I get this project underway…

    I’d try to upload again the files to the wp-includes folder. Eventually to downlaod WP and upload the new files. It could be some of the files were corrupted during the down/upload.
