I attempted to update automatically to 3.1.1 and received the error code Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_network_admin() in /home/pgharts/public_html/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 16 when logging into dashboard.

I then manually updated to 3.1.1. I then received the error code of

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_network_admin() in /home/pgharts/public_html/wp-admin/includes/menu.php on line 10menu.php on line 10 when logging into dashboard.

there is a file called menu.php in
    /home/pgharts/public_html/wp-admin/includes/

    What to do???

    Thank you!

I fixed that same issue by deactivating all my plugins. Then I activated them one at a time until I found the one causing the error.

Having the same problem. I deactivated them by renaming the folder in the FTP but no help. Any other ideas?

exact wording of the error message?

your error might not be in a plugin.

Yes, exact wording of error messages. Our site URL is where the error code is present is http://pghartsintherapy.inpgh.org/wp-admin/

    Thanks!

Anyway sneaky way to get into the dashboard, since the error code blocks my entrance to the dashboard?
