Fatal Error: Call to undefined function…

    Hi, I upgraded my blogs from v2.3 to 2.8.4 and when logging into the admin area, I was prompted to upgrade the database. After clicking okay, I cannot get to the admin area and this error is displayed:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_site_admin() in /home/.teak/spgass/lowtechtimes.com/wp/wp-content/plugins/sem-google-analytics-admin.php on line 20

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Access your site using FTP and delete, or rename, wp-content/plugins/sem-google-analytics-admin.php

    Esmi: Thanks a bunch! I deleted sem-google-analytics-admin.php and got in with warnings. I deleted sem-google-analytics.php and now get in with no errors or warnings.
