Not sure which version it was running, I got this from the html code of the page of the website: <meta name=”generator” content=”WordPress 2.8.4″ />.
I wanted to update this website of a client (for whom I’ve only been uploading new content until now) and wanted to make a backup first so I installed the 1.9.17 Updraft, as I’ve done in another WP site I manage.
It said it installed successfully but in all admin pages I get only this error message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_multisite() in /home/content/77/6662777/html/…./wp/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/admin.php on line 27
WP site is running.
how can I restore service? can I just delete the updraft folder? (I don’t have access to ftp as of now so any other way is welcome…)
