Fatal Error after Updating WP

    Hi there,

    I just updated to the latest version and now I can’t access the dashboard or site altogether, and this error appears:

    Warning: require_once(/websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/is/la/nd/islandbell.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/3rd-party/3rd-party.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/is/la/nd/islandbell.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 84

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/is/la/nd/islandbell.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/3rd-party/3rd-party.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php53/share/pear:/usr/local/php53/share/php’) in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/is/la/nd/islandbell.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 84

    I’ve contacted my hosting provider, but have no clue how to resolve this issue as I can’t access the site at all – any help appreciated!

    Plugin Jetpack is causing issues for you.

    Login to Your FTP/File Manager and rename jetpack plugin folder to jetpack.HOLD 

    Wp-Content
      Plugins
        Jetpack

    website should be back online
