    Not sure what is causing this. I have this plugin on a few site and so far this is the only one that died. I’ve turned it off for now.

    Hi Melanie,

    Sorry to hear about your issue.

    From what you’ve described Gravity PDF hasn’t been installed correctly and is missing files. Can you uninstall the software and try reinstall it?

    Sounds like it. I did a quick check but for now I deactivated the plugin. I’ll see if the client wants me to troubleshoot further. They aren’t on a maintenance plan. I’ll let you know.

    I had this same issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled as Jake suggested and it now works properly.
