Fatal Error After Update

    Hi,

    After not updating ATUM for some time, we noticed that once we updated the plugin, we lost access to several editing functions, including product editing and other text formatting features.

    We also found the following critical error in the logs:

    2026-05-08T12:27:37+00:00 Critical Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method WC_Product_Variable::get_atum_controlled() in:

    /wp-content/plugins/atum-stock-manager-for-woocommerce/views/meta-boxes/product-data/atum-tab-panel.php on line 28

    It appears the issue happens when editing a variable product, specifically when ATUM loads the product data tab panel inside WooCommerce product editing.

    The problem still pressit even if Rolled back to the old version that was working fine

    version updated from You have version 1.9.44.1

    Could you please advise what may be causing this issue and how we can resolve it?

    Hi @gentlemako

    If you are using object caching, that could be causing this issue.

    Try to go to ATUM Settings >> Advanced, enable the option “Disable ATUM orders’ object caching”, save the settings and check if everything works as expected that way.
