Hi @covettrading,
Thank you for reporting this issue and sharing the error log with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
We have successfully resolved this bug in Gutentor version 4.0.1. To apply the fix and restore your site, please update the plugin using one of the following methods, depending on your current level of access:
- Via WordPress Dashboard (Recommended): Navigate to Plugins > Installed Plugins, locate Gutentor, and click Update Now.
- Manual Plugin Upload: If the standard update fails, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and upload the latest version directly from the WordPress.org plugin repository.
- Via Hosting File Manager: If you cannot access your WordPress dashboard at all, log in to your hosting control panel, navigate to your
wp-content/plugins directory, upload the new 4.0.1 zip file, and extract it. This will overwrite the old files and immediately restore your site.
Best regards,
a new update been released and the issue is fixed . thank you guys for the support
Since this latest version, the site no longer displays blocks, and it gives me tons of errors. On mobile, it no longer displays images, and the pages seem compromised.
If I save pages from the backend, it gives me a JSON error.
I’ve already uninstalled the plugin/deleted it and reloaded it from WordPress, cleared the cache, and/or disabled it, but it doesn’t work.
SOLVED
I found the problem was another optimization issue that deregisters the Dashicons for non-logged-in users.
As soon as I disabled this option, the site started working again.
Thanks

We appreciate you sharing the solution here about the Dashicons optimization conflict—it will definitely help other users who might run into the same issue with their optimization plugins.
Feel free to open a new thread if you need anything else!
