Fatal error: admin-header.php on line 104, after moving webhosts

Hello,

I have moved from MediaTemple to A Small Orange and now, I am having issues with WordPress, specificially, when I try to use my Admin panel, it returns with this error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/koaca/public_html/jessicasideways.com/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 104

I have looked at the file and here is what line 104 of admin-header.php is:

Does anyone know what is going on? o.O
