Fatal Error – Accessing wp-config

Having some issues with my site. When trying to access http://EndTheTrendNow.com/wp-admin

I am seeing this message (Not always, but sometimes)
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 13935096 bytes) in /home/content/12/10007412/html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1209

If I get passed the wp-admin screen and try and edit a post, I am seeing the message.

I am hosted with Godaddy. Call them and they referred me here.

I changed my php5.ini file
memory_limit = 512M

Right now I was able to fix the problem by deactivating some of the plugins I was using.
