  • This might be a partial installation. Try removing the plugin and re-installing it. If this still doesn’t work from within WordPress, try downloading it, extracting the files and uploading via FTP.

    Brilliant, thank you Gal, a fresh install (via plugin screen in wordpress admin) has fixed the issue. Much appreciated.
