Don’t know what caused it. It has minimal impact on the site. Only once I saw a 503 error just after login.

Don’t know what caused it. It has minimal impact on the site. Only once I saw a 503 error just after login.

Thanks for reaching out! From what I understand, this is about the site at rijweg.be.

While investigating things, I was able to select an activity, add it to cart, and reach the checkout page without a problem -or console errors.

Nevertheless, I’d like to take a closer look. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Additionally, could you also provide us with the fatal error logs (if any, or other than the one you posted here already) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you’ve copied each, you can either paste them in your response here, or use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us.

Side note: Are there any custom scripts running on the site?

About the question “custom scripts” : as far as I know there are no custom scripts. But I’am no specialist.

Thank you for sharing all this information.

First, your theme doesn’t have WooCommerce support. For now, I will recommend you switch to Storefront, you can switch to another theme later.

Also, your server environment doesn’t values seem lower than usual.

Can you please ask your host to increase it to something like this?
