    1) Are you experiencing this error upon activating the plugin or when you do something specific?

    2) What version of WordPress, PHP and the plugin are you using?

    3) Is this a new install, or you had the plugin installed and this started happening lately, for example, after updating the plugin or any other plugin / theme?
