Fatal error

    Hi I just subscribed and started the trial.
    I followed the instruction, downloaded smart-variations-images-premium-latest.zip, uploaded and then activated it, but then I got this fatal error as shown below:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare svi_fs_custom_icon() (previously declared in /home/aoxorc5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/smart-variations-images/svi.php:86) in /home/aoxorc5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/smart-variations-images-premium/svi.php on line 87

    I found out in the 2nd email it mentioned I need to deactivate the free version of SVI plugin. However, it doesn’t react at all when I chose “others” for the reason to deactivate the plugin. There has been no any response after I clicked “Submit & Deactivate”.
    Could you please guide me through how to fix this?

    The problem was solved. It went through after I chose some other option on that popped out window asking the reason to deactivate.
