Fatal Error

After install of the plugin – and activation, I go to settings to set up and choose the URL page to direct to and I get this error every time.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function sanitize_textarea_field() in /home/rsrs1346/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpcf7-redirect/wpcf7-redirect.php on line 166

Can you please help and advise why this is not working for me.
