Fatal Error

    After updating the plug ins on our wordpress site, we now receive the following error: “Cannot create references to elements of a temporary array expression in /home4/wvgvadmi/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sermon-manager-for-wordpress/sermons.php on line 118”

    We have lost access to the admin area as well. Thank you for any assistance.

    Hi,

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    You can fix the issue in two ways:

    1. Contact your hosting provider and change to PHP 5.5 or newer
    2. Download and install development version where we have already applied the fix which will be released officially soon

    If you opt out for the second option, you can download the development version from here. Just delete existing plugin directory* via FTP (no sermon data will be lost) and install the development version as any other plugin.

    * the directory is located at: /wp-content/plugins/sermon-manager-for-wordpress
